Visiting BCBA| Full-Time

About the role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Visiting BCBA to join our team. This position requires you to reside in North Carolina for the duration of the 6-month to 1-year assignment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a direct caseload of learners
• Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader—training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTs

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay

$150,000 base salary with weekly production bonuses (when applicable).
