Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families.
- Manage manageable caseloads (10–12 clients) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to program development.
- Mentor and supervise future BCBAs, if interested.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or in progress; new graduates welcome).
- Passion for helping children and families thrive.
- Strong ethics, creativity, and teamwork skills.
