Vision Systems Engineer

Location: New York Onsite Duration: 12 Months

About the role

We are seeking a Vision Systems Engineer with hands-on experience supporting and tuning pharmaceutical visual inspection systems. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with K rber (formerly Seidenader) Visual Inspection Machines and SVIM (Seidenader Vision Inspection Module).

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on tuning, setup, and optimization of K rber/Seidenader Visual Inspection Machines.
• Configure and tune SVIM vision inspection systems to achieve reliable and accurate inspection performance.
• Troubleshoot vision inspection issues and make necessary adjustments to inspection parameters.
• Support visual inspection equipment during manufacturing and production activities.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve vision-system issues.
• Support equipment changes, troubleshooting, and optimization activities as required.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with K rber (formerly Seidenader) Visual Inspection Machines.
• Direct experience with SVIM (Seidenader Vision Inspection Module).
• Strong experience in vision system tuning and optimization.
• Experience supporting visual inspection equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in New York for the duration of the contract.
