Responsibilities
- Expand existing business and develop new market opportunities
- Support pipeline generation and prospecting across targeted accounts
- Maintain pipeline visibility in Salesforce
- Develop relationships with physicians, providers, administrators, and decision-makers
- Support complex sales cycles and multi-level buying processes
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and account reviews
- Attend industry events, training, trade shows, and company meetings
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans to maximize customer engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of successful outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
- Valid driver's license required
Pay
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, home office allowance, monthly car allowance, and travel expense support. Target earnings opportunity of $150,000–$200,000+ annually based on performance.
Schedule
This position requires approximately 50% travel within the assigned territory and occasional domestic travel for meetings, training, and industry events.
