Duties And Responsibilities
- Operate automated vision equipment.
- Maintain and upkeep quality data collection systems.
- Maintain and modify product lay down area as needed.
- Prepare inspected product for auditing and warehousing.
- Perform routine APCO changes on automated vision equipment.
- O-Ring packaging and warehousing.
- Perform other duties as required or requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED;
- Two years of manufacturing experience;
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands And Work Environment
- Work environment consists of manufacturing which may be exposed to noise, heat, and rubber smells.
- Exposure to loud noise levels for up to 2/3 of the time.
Annual Testing Requirements
- Hearing Test
Vision Requirements
- Close Vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
- Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more)
- Color Vision (ability to identify & distinguish colors)
