Role Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure to ensure robust system performance and reliability.
• Support network operations by proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement new systems and enhancements, aligning with modern best practices in infrastructure management.
• Collaborate closely with the customer's team to coordinate deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
• Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain clear and comprehensive records.
• Proactively monitor system health and recommend improvements for efficiency and security.

Requirements

• Strong relevant experience in network administration and infrastructure management.
• Strong experience with virtualization technologies and platforms.
• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Possess proficiency with written and verbal communication in a remote, collaborative environment.
