Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of Zoom/video conferencing experience (Zoom proficiency is tested during interviews)
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Minimum of 20 hours of Monday–Friday availability between 9 am–5 pm PST
  • At least 6 months of remote work experience required
  • Legal or startup experience is a bonus
