Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of Zoom/video conferencing experience (Zoom proficiency is tested during interviews)
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
- Highly detail-oriented
- Minimum of 20 hours of Monday–Friday availability between 9 am–5 pm PST
- At least 6 months of remote work experience required
- Legal or startup experience is a bonus
