Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications including emails, calls, and messages.
- Aid with travel arrangements and itinerary planning for team members.
- Support project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Conduct online research and compile information for various projects.
- Maintain and update databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Cook up coordination with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task completion.
