About the Role

Seeking a Virtual Medical Provider to deliver evidence-based primary care via telehealth, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups. The role involves collaborating with virtual and in-office teams through daily huddles and clinical rounds, utilizing clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients remotely through telehealth modalities.
• Engage in ongoing learning and collaboration with team members.
• Utilize clinical judgment to deliver high-quality virtual care.
• Maintain adherence to clinical workflows and protocols.

Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification.
• Licensed in NY with potential for additional states.
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience in the past 5 years.
• Strong clinical and communication skills, proficiency with technology, and ability to follow protocols.
• Flexibility to work afternoons and evenings.

Schedule
