Responsibilities
- Treat patients through tele-health visits, including triage calls and video appointments
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning
- Collaborate with teammates through daily huddles
- Utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual patient care
Qualifications
- Completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification
- Currently licensed in California, with potential for licensure in additional states
- At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient, urgent care, or emergency settings
- Availability for afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends
- Excellent clinical and communication skills with adherence to clinical protocols

$166,400 – $166,400 annually
