Virtual Seasonal Family Nurse Practitioner - NY Licensed

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth visits including triage calls and video appointments
• Participate in continuous learning during Clinical Rounds
• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office team members during daily huddles
• Utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual patient care
• Adapt easily to evolving needs and feedback from patients and colleagues

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification
• Active nursing license in New York, with the potential to obtain licenses in other states
• Minimum of 2 years experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care settings within the last five years
• Strong clinical and communication skills with adherence to clinical protocols
• Ability to work varied hours including afternoons and evenings
