Virtual Sales Representative

About the role

As a Virtual Sales Representative at Syneos Health, you will implement the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In your assigned territory, you will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage according to a strategic plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and office staff using educational resources and support materials in a virtual setting.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication with HCPs and office staff.
• Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve goals, while understanding local and regional market trends for your virtual territory.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with field sales partners to strategically support shared, high-value accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum required).
• Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 1+ years of specialty sales experience (Urology preferred).
• Demonstrated history of documented and consistent achievement of sales performance.
• 1+ years of virtual sales experience (strongly preferred).

• Competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, with eligibility for commissions/bonus based on performance.
