Virtual Sales Agent IC
Job Description
As a Virtual Sales Agent IC you will create revenue for the company by engaging Nonowners via 90-minute virtual tour (video conference) to create opportunity to sell timeshare week(s) to prospects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core company values: Integrity, Passion and Work Ethic.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (virtual sales experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with CRM tools and online sales platforms
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with video calls and other virtual communication tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least three to six months Timeshare or other Sales related experience
- Florida Real Estate License
