Virtual Primary Care Physician — Remote

About the role

Join our mission‑driven team from the comfort of your home office. We are seeking U.S. board‑certified primary care physicians (MD/DO) to manage a diverse patient panel—including patients requesting clinical evaluation for chronic‑management tools and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) such as Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), CPAP devices, and related supplies. You will provide initial and ongoing primary care, practice evidence‑based medicine, and build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients, all supported by our advanced virtual care platform. We are recruiting physicians licensed in NJ, FL, TX, or GA, as well as physicians holding multiple state licenses (ideally including one or more of these target states).

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality virtual primary care via scheduled audio/video visits.
• Evaluate Durable Medical Equipment (DME) needs and complete clinical assessments for medical devices.
• Prescribe medications (excluding DEA/state‑scheduled drugs) and order appropriate diagnostic lab tests.
• Maintain detailed, accurate SOAP notes and deliver clear follow‑up care recommendations.
• Refer patients to in‑person or specialty care when clinically indicated.
• Participate actively in peer review, quality assurance, and clinical improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent degree; board‑certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABFM, ABIM, AOBFP, or AOBIM).
• 4+ years of post‑residency clinical practice in the U.S.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license in good standing; must be licensed in at least one of NJ, FL, TX, GA, or hold multiple state licenses.

• Proven skill in health coaching, motivational interviewing, and empowering patients toward long‑term lifestyle changes.
• Compassionate, patient‑centered communication style with a genuine commitment to long‑term patient health.
• High efficiency and precision in drafting clear, thorough SOAP notes.
• Passion for virtual care delivery, efficient remote workflows, and adapting to modern health technology.

Compensation & Benefits

• Merit‑based per‑consult payment model rewarding clinical experience, efficiency, and state licensure depth (current rates $33–$63 per consult, up to $133/hour).
