Virtual Physician - 1099

About the role

We are seeking experienced physicians to join our clinical community. Our mission is to raise the standard for virtual primary care, making high-quality medicine accessible through telemedicine and intelligent technology.

Responsibilities

• Practice as part of a broader care model spanning asynchronous and synchronous virtual care, lab and imaging coordination, specialist e-consults, and referrals to in-person care when appropriate.
• Stay clinically involved from decision to next step rather than handing off after a single interaction.
• Practice as part of a clinical group, overseeing workflows and policies, and contributing to the development of a supportive system for clinicians.

Requirements

• MD or DO, board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted NP licensure with coverage representing at least 30% of the U.S. population. Multistate licensure is strongly preferred.
• Authorized to work and physically located within the United States.
• Comfortable with diagnostic ambiguity, broad clinical synthesis, and able to practice within scope while collaborating with physicians and specialists.
• Quick to learn new clinical tools, workflows, and virtual-first care settings (telehealth experience a plus).
