Virtual Patient Specialist (On-Site)

About the role

The Virtual Patient Specialist will be responsible for providing clinical support to healthcare providers through virtual patient consultations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting healthcare providers with virtual patient consultations
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions
• Providing clinical guidance and education to healthcare providers
• Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or administrative role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant privacy laws
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
