Virtual Nurse Practitioner (1099 Contractor)
About the role
Ro is currently seeking contract Nurse Practitioners to join our remote team. Ideal candidates possess a balance of competence and compassion, and are technologically savvy.
Responsibilities
- Congduct consultations both synchronously and asynchronously based on state telemedicine regulations
- Ideally can commit at least 10 hours per week
- Provide care using our custom EMR: evaluating patient records, diagnosing and prescribing medication, and making lifestyle recommendations
- Follow best practices and company-specific policies for diagnosis, treatment, and documentation
- Answer patient questions related to their treatment and provide high-quality counseling
Requirements
- Board Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Gerontology Primary Care
- A minimum of 11 state licenses in Independent Practice States
- With 3 coming from one of the following high-volume states - New York, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, and Arizona
- All required state endorsements on licenses (i.e. Prescriptive Authority where necessary)
- 5 years of NP experience
- Telemedicine experience
Qualifications
