• About the role:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand provider networks.
  • Collaborate with other members of the provider network team to ensure quality care is provided to patients.
• Responsibilities:
  • Prescribe medications as appropriate within scope of practice.
  • Provide clinical oversight and support to contracted prescribers.
  • Manage patient care plans and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Requirements:
  • Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Indiana.
  • Experience in provider network development and/or contract prescriber management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification.
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Skills:
  • Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
