Virtual Monitoring Attendant - 24 hrs PT Nights
Description
Trinity Health of New England is seeking an ONSITE Virtual Monitoring Attendant; VMA to join their team. The VMA is responsible for continuous monitoring of up to 12 patients requiring close observation via a remote camera monitoring system. They must maintain visual observation at all times and verbally redirect patients using a digital 2-way audio device. In case of a patient needing assistance, they are required to immediately summon the nursing staff. Additionally, they document incidents and report any threats posed by patients.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to function independently and manage work tasks.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
Schedule
- Onsite - St. Francis Hospital, Hartford CT: 24-hour shift.
- PT Nights - 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM.
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays.
- 24/7 work environment.
