Virtual Monitoring Attendant - 24 hrs PT Nights
Description
Trinity Health of New England is seeking an ONSITE Virtual Monitoring Attendant; VMA to join their team. The VMA is responsible for continuous monitoring of up to 12 patients requiring close observation via a remote camera. They must maintain visual observation at all times, monitor patient behaviors and movements, verbally redirect patients using a digital 2-way audio device, and summon nursing staff immediately if necessary. The VMA also documents incidents and reports when a patient poses a threat to themselves or others. Communication with internal and external customers is essential.
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Basic Computer skills
- Able to function independently and manage own time and work tasks
- Healthcare Experience preferred
Schedule
Onsite – St. Francis Hospital, Hartford CT: 24HRS PT Nights - 7PM- 7:30AM
Must work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
