Virtual Mental Health Group Facilitator

Position Summary

As a Group Facilitator you will have the opportunity to provide therapeutic treatment through facilitating scheduled groups and documenting sessions in our EMR. You will also maintain all applicable licenses and certification requirements and comply with facility and regulatory entity requirements.

Essential Job Functions

• Collaborates with Clinical Director and/or Program Director and other professional staff to help develop a comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation, and treatment.
• Delivers appropriate topics to scheduled groups.
• Completes all group notes immediately after leading each group.
• Documents all services provided in clients' medical records.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures, DMHAS, and Joint Commission standards and regulations. Adheres to all regulations and maintains accurate and timely client charting in compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Periodically participates in staff meetings, providing training on therapeutic services and mental health topics.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director, including meeting with clients individually for support.

Knowledge, Education, & Experience

• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Experience working in behavioral healthcare preferred

11 am - 7:30 pm PST Monday through Friday or 12 pm - 8:30 pm PST Monday through Friday
