Virtual Mental Health Group Facilitator

About the Role

As a Group Facilitator, you will provide therapeutic treatment by facilitating scheduled groups and documenting sessions in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR). You will maintain all applicable licenses and certification requirements, ensuring compliance with facility and regulatory standards throughout your employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director, Program Director, and other professional staff to develop a comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation, and treatment.
• Deliver appropriate topics to scheduled groups.
• Complete all group notes immediately after leading each group.
• Document all services provided in clients' medical records.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures, DMHAS and Joint Commission standards, and regulations.
• Adhere to all regulations and ensure accurate and timely client charting in compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Periodically participate in staff meetings, providing training on therapeutic services and mental health topics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director, including meeting with clients individually for support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Experience working in behavioral healthcare (preferred).

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:45 AM–6:15 PM EST.

Pay

Pay range: $22–$25 per hour, dependent on experience and geographic location.
