Virtual Member Service Representative I (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities

• Aid in completing transactions, such as opening new personal and business accounts.
• Identify loan needs and opportunities for both new and existing members.
• Act as a key team player in member service by uncovering new opportunities during all member interactions.
• Assist in account maintenance tasks, including stop payments, check orders, and address changes.

Requirements

• One to three years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Previous experience in financial institutions is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems and programs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Note: Required Saturday rotation coverage.
