About the Opportunity:The VIRTUAL MEMBER SERVICE REP I plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to members by facilitating financial transactions and supporting their financial goals. This position ensures seamless and professional interactions that uphold member expectations and contribute to the organization’s mission of helping members live life and achieve financial success.
