for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the job posting. First, remove boilerplate: "Please use Firefox or Chrome internet browser to complete this application Current Wescom Employees: Please visit the Career Center in Workday to search and apply for a current job opening." Also "We value and rely on the unique talents..." etc. Also "Salary Grade 153N Salary Pay Range For This Position $25.31 - $35.41". That's pay info, so we need a Pay section. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract sections. The posting includes: - Position Summary: "Assists members in establishing memberships, share and loan accounts, and related products and services by conducting interviews, completing necessary documents and performing data entry of records in compliance with audit requirements. That's a prose paragraph. - Essential Position Functions: many bullet-like sentences. Could be turned into a list under Responsibilities. - Education And Experience: "High School graduate. Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred." - Registration: "Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration is required and must be maintained. Maintain licensing as Notary Public." - Other Skills And Abilities: includes note about job description not exhaustive. - Computer Skills: "Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). We also have Work Environment and Physical Demands; but we have no specific sections for those. Could we add a "Working Conditions" section? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are only those listed. So we cannot create extra headings. We must either drop that info or incorporate into existing sections if appropriate. The instructions: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings only? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely we should only use those headings. So we cannot add a heading for Physical Demands or Work Environment. We need to incorporate that info somewhere else, maybe under Responsibilities or Skills? But those are not really responsibilities or skills. Could we put them under Responsibilities as bullet points? They are about physical demands and work environment; could be considered part of job responsibilities? Might be okay to include them under Responsibilities as additional bullet points. However the instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep that info. We can add bullet points under Responsibilities for physical demands and work environment. That seems acceptable. Similarly, the statement about residing within Wescom's service area in California could be added under Responsibilities or Qualifications? Probably under Responsibilities as a requirement. We also have "All positions, including those that are hybrid and remote, require employees to reside within Wescom's service area in California." That's a requirement; could be under Qualifications. We also have "The expectation is that this position is a career path to MSR III which requires the following licensing: ..." That's about progression; could be under Qualifications or Responsibilities? Probably Qualifications. We also have "Maintains proficiency in technology applications across all channels including
