Virtual IOP Therapist (Independently Licensed)

About the role

Full-time Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist position working with adults in a remote setting. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality behavioral health care, team collaboration, and evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral health care through individual and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Facilitate evidence-based interventions and educate clients and families.
• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and stay current with behavioral health research.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid independent licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent).
• Experience in behavioral therapy, group therapy, and virtual environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years post-licensure experience.
• Experience in IOP or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) settings.
• Cross-licensure in other states.
