Virtual Instructor Led Training Facilitator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Instructor Led Training Facilitator to deliver engaging training programs for Small Business Sales teams. This role will focus on both sales systems training and soft skills development in a virtual classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training programs for Small Business Sales teams
• Train sales or customer-facing teams
• Provide hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Work with billing/order management systems (CSG, iComms, ACSR, or similar)
• Use Webex and Microsoft Office Suite
• Communicate, present, and facilitate effectively

Requirements

• 5+ years of training/facilitation experience
• Experience training sales or customer-facing teams
• Strong Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Experience with billing/order management systems (CSG, iComms, ACSR, or similar)
• Proficiency with Webex and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Qualifications

• Telecommunications industry experience
• Small business sales training experience
• Strong customer service, emotional intelligence, and coaching skills

Skills

• Strong Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Proficiency with Webex and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
