The Latchlink is a mom-centered company. We exist to be in service of mothers. We operate fully within our scope as IBCLCs, and within that scope, our loyalty is to moms. Not to a narrative, a bias, or an agenda. Maternal healthcare in this country makes moms wait weeks for help, hands them conflicting advice, and too often gives them a provider who can't separate her own feeding opinions from the mom's actual goals. We built the alternative. That means virtual care she can get fast, billed directly to her insurance, with no credit card on file and no surprise bill. It means she sees the same IBCLC across her entire feeding journey instead of a new face every session. It means we treat her as the sole authority on how she feeds her baby. We believe that when a mom is supported, informed, and cared for, her baby has the best possible outcome, regardless of her individual feeding choices. We're building a team of the best IBCLCs in the country. The clinical and communication standard here is high, and we hire slowly to protect it. We're women-founded, women-funded, and women-focused. If that resonates, keep going. If it doesn't, this isn't the right fit, and that's okay. We are currently unable to hire in NY, CA, IL, WA, MA, NJ, or CT. What The Schedule Actually Looks Like 40 hours per week, minimum. This is the floor, not the target.Set and split shifts with availability Monday through FridayFive days a weekOccasional weekends and holidays If you cannot reliably commit to that, we would rather know now, and so would you. Who You Are You connect with a mom in the first five minutes of a consultation. Families come back to you because you make them feel heard and confident. You are coachable, you hold yourself to a high standard, and you are hungry to get better at your craft. You can support a mother's decision even when it differs from your own, because the mom is the authority over her own journey. You Will Also Need Active IBCLC certification in good standingReliable internet and a professional virtual workspaceThe self-motivation to carry a caseload without someone standing over you The Role You carry your own caseload, build individualized care plans, and stay with families through their feeding journey. You are their person. Your job is to give each mom the confidence and support to make the best decisions for her family. You are also part of a clinical team with regular meetings, professional development, and frequent performance reviews. We pay attention to how you connect with families, how consistently they return, and how you grow over time. The families counting on us deserve that.
