About the role
Beacon Health System is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for various units within the Surgical Services department at Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, Indiana. Positions include outpatient surgery, pre-admit, surgery, CVOR, and PACU units.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and professional nursing care to patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and skill development.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an RN or LPN in the state of Indiana.
- Experience in surgical settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current CPR certification.

Pay
