This is a high‑volume, performance‑driven opportunity for an Automotive Finance Manager who thrives on structure, excellence, and elite compensation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, compliant, high‑performing F&I presentations.
• Maximize product performance while protecting deal integrity.
• Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure clean funding.
• Serve customers across six luxury brands: Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes‑Benz, and Subaru.
• Represent the Cavender Auto Family brand with confidence and professionalism.
• Spanish‑English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Luxury brand experience is a strong advantage.

Success Metrics

• Produce $3,500+ profit per deal.
• Maintain strong PRU and volume performance.
• Achieve 65%+ VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetrations.
• Deliver exceptionally clean contracts with minimal funding issues.
• Take ownership of performance – no excuses, just results.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated annual earnings: $200,000 – $400,000 (performance‑based, no artificial ceilings).

Requirements

• Proven high‑volume Automotive Finance Manager experience.
• Strong VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetration track record.
• Experience with CDK, Darwin, Elead, and Excel preferred.
• High attention to detail and compliance discipline.
• Professional presence and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Ability to pass background, credit, and drug screening.
