Virtual Entry Level Assistant - Marketing

About the Role

This is a 100% remote, full-time entry-level position supporting travel planning, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, itinerary, and booking workflows. The role is designed for organized remote execution, accurate documentation, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks across campaigns, content, communications, client requests, and reporting priorities.
• Maintain campaign calendars, asset status, approvals, and supporting documentation to ensure work moves on schedule.
• Review performance data and prepare clear updates connecting activity with measurable campaign or audience outcomes.
• Work with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, or creative partners to keep deliverables accurate, consistent, and on brand.
• Quality-check campaign information, content, records, and handoffs before completion and document important changes or decisions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform marketing coordination work or closely related training/experience with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace.

Pay

Base compensation: $35,000–$48,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
