About the role

This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports travel planning, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, itinerary, and booking workflows through accurate remote execution, clear documentation, professional communication, and dependable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records, structured data, reports, or documentation used across travel planning, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, itinerary, and booking workflows.
• Review source information for completeness, formatting, consistency, and traceability before updating approved systems.
• Prepare or update spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, files, or tracking records that support workflows.
• Follow documented quality-control steps to protect data accuracy, confidentiality, and reviewability.
• Communicate status, questions, discrepancies, and completed work clearly so the function operates from reliable information.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform remote data entry work, or closely related training or experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain reliable internet access and a suitable private workspace.
