Key Responsibilities Enter information from approved source documents into the assigned system.Review completed records for required fields, duplicates, and basic formatting.Maintain organized digital files and update progress in the designated tracker.Raise questions when information is missing, unclear, or inconsistent.Complete assignments according to documented quality and confidentiality standards.Support routine record cleanup and reconciliation activities. Required Qualifications Careful attention to detail and commitment to accurate work.Comfort using spreadsheets, web applications, and shared files.Ability to follow written procedures and complete repetitive tasks consistently.Clear communication and dependable remote-work habits.Ability to handle business information responsibly.
