Responsibilities

• Assist customers in booking cruises through various online platforms
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about cruise packages
• Process payments and manage reservations
• Follow up with customers post-reservation to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
