Virtual Clinic Navigator - Branson Schools - ON SITE
Facility: Remote, based at 1423 North Jefferson Avenue, Springfield, Missouri, 65802
About the role
The Virtual Care Navigator assists with on-site implementation of the school-based telehealth program. Responsibilities include facilitating telehealth visits in a consumer-focused, appropriate, and timely manner, operating related equipment, documenting summaries, and collecting data. Acts as a liaison between CoxHealth, school districts, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the connection between patient, parent, and provider through the telehealth system
- Operate telehealth-related equipment
- Complete summary documentation and data collection
- Act as a liaison between CoxHealth, school district, and other stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1 year of customer service experience (required)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Ability to multi-task
- Obtain BLS Certification within 90 days of hire
Schedule
- Day Shift
- 36 scheduled weekly hours
- 07:30 AM – 4:00 PM
