This is a temporary, part-time position as a part-time telephone interviewer with Dynata’s Virtual Call Center team. Ideal for candidates seeking temporary or supplemental employment.
About the role
- Earn extra cash remotely by performing outbound surveys from home.
- Collect and record respondents' opinions for clients to make informed business decisions.
- No sales or collections involved.
Responsibilities
- Work flexible shifts within our operating hours (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST Monday – Friday and 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST Saturday – Sunday).
- Must be available to work 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
- Minimum 4 consecutive hours per shift.
- Minimum 20 hours per week.
Requirements
- Live and work in one of the following U.S. states: AL, AR, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MN, MS, MT, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WI, WV, or WY.
- Must be 18 years or older (16+ in SC, GA, and TX).
- Ability to read and speak clearly.
- Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner.
- Ability to listen and comprehend respondent answers and accurately type them into the Company’s survey software platform.
- Typing speed of 30 wpm while maintaining accuracy is preferred.
- Ability to sit and type for majority of shift.
- Provide own equipment (laptop, headset, webcam etc.).
- Have a dedicated, quiet working space that is free of distractions.
- Knowledgeable in using the computer and can navigate.
