Virtual Business Banker II

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Virtual Business Banker II to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role is focused on building and deepening business banking relationships in a virtual environment while identifying opportunities to grow a client portfolio. The position will partner across the organization to support customers, assess financial needs, and recommend appropriate banking solutions that drive retention and new business. It also requires disciplined use of CRM and sales systems to manage pipeline activity, client outreach, and ongoing relationship development. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, retain and deepen the portfolio, and acquire new business leads
• Build a strong partner network to support customers
• Multitask effectively in a virtual environment while engaging clients
• Navigate customer relationship management software and relevant applications
• Utilize sales management systems to track calls and pipeline activities
• Maintain regular client contact to generate new business
• Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate financial solutions

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of business banking experience
• 5+ years of business banking experience preferred
• 1+ year of phone-based sales experience preferred
• Formal credit training preferred

Pay

$122,100 – $139,400 annually
