Virtual BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the Role

Virtual BCBA responsible for delivering behavioral services in a family-focused youth clinic, providing personalized treatment plans to improve clients' quality of life. This role emphasizes delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral interventions and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support clients' behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities

  • Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support principles
  • Serve on interdisciplinary teams offering behavioral expertise
  • Assess, design, and monitor behavior plans
  • Conduct behavioral assessments including functional analyses
  • Deliver direct behavioral treatments such as skills training and crisis de-escalation
  • Participate in on-call rotations
  • Monitor restraint use and challenging behaviors
  • Contribute to relevant committees
  • Provide individualized services meeting treatment needs

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • Training in applied behavior principles
  • Educational background in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
