About the Role
Virtual BCBA responsible for delivering behavioral services in a family-focused youth clinic, providing personalized treatment plans to improve clients' quality of life. This role emphasizes delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral interventions and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support clients' behavioral health needs.
Responsibilities
- Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support principles
- Serve on interdisciplinary teams offering behavioral expertise
- Assess, design, and monitor behavior plans
- Conduct behavioral assessments including functional analyses
- Deliver direct behavioral treatments such as skills training and crisis de-escalation
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Monitor restraint use and challenging behaviors
- Contribute to relevant committees
- Provide individualized services meeting treatment needs
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Training in applied behavior principles
- Educational background in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
