Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- Organize and categorize digital files and documents systematically.
- Aid in preparing reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
- Manage email correspondence, meeting schedules, and task coordination.
- Support various administrative and virtual assistant tasks for multiple departments.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or administrative support.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or certification in data entry, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35–45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with digital communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
