About the role
This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports group airfare planning, booking coordination, traveler support, ticketing, schedule changes, and group travel operations through responsibilities appropriate to the Virtual Assistant function. The role is structured for accurate remote execution, clear documentation, professional communication, and dependable follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day Virtual Assistant tasks, schedules, records, follow-up, or workflow status that support group airfare planning, booking coordination, traveler support, ticketing, schedule changes, and group travel operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, files, and system updates required for the Virtual Assistant function.
- Review assigned requests or operational information for completeness and follow documented procedures for routine exceptions.
- Communicate progress, deadlines, handoffs, and unresolved issues clearly with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify practical process improvements and maintain a clear record of actions, decisions, and completed work for the Virtual Assistant workflow.
- Protect confidential business, customer, traveler, employee, or system information encountered while performing responsibilities.
- Follow documented procedures, approved access controls, and escalation paths relevant to the workflow.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform Virtual Assistant work, or closely related training or experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain reliable internet access and a suitable private workspace.

Pay
Base compensation: $37,000-$49,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
