Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and project teams.
- Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming email correspondence, prioritising and responding on behalf of the team where appropriate.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other professional documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Aid in data entry and maintenance of company databases to support our project efficiency goals.
- Conduct online research for project-specific information, materials, and potential suppliers.
- Support the coordination of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with project management software is considered an advantage.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience within the construction or a related industry is highly desirable but not essential.
- Able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
