Virtual AHC/Urgent Care

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual urgent care services to patients in DC, MD, and VA
• Participate in in-person clinical shifts for training and familiarization
• Attend meetings and conferences to stay updated on telemedicine guidance
• Manage communications through emails and internal messaging platforms before each shift
• Deliver on-demand synchronous care and asynchronous E-visits
• Work scheduled evenings, overnights, and holidays
• Collaborate with the company Licensing Team to obtain necessary state medical licenses

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine
• Experienced in all modalities of virtual care
• Current or able to obtain licenses in DC, MD, and VA
• Familiarity with telemedicine protocols and practices is necessary

Pay

$280,000 – $280,000 annually
