This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management within the Real Estate & Construction space. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations, strengthening responsible execution, improving decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Provides underwriting support and counsel related to real estate title insurance commitments and policies
- Utilizes underwriting standards within delegated authority limits to issue title insurance
- Guides company personnel in real estate settlement services
- Issues underwriting standards according to established company processes
- Communicates underwriting and settlement information to the team
Qualifications
- Law Degree required
- Admitted to practice in state of employment
- Licensed to practice law, in good standing
- 8-10 years title underwriting experience
- Virginia title underwriting experience
Pay
$129,300 – $172,300 annually
