About the role

The Resendez Life Group seeks motivated individuals to join their expanding team. As an independent contractor, you'll work remotely, set your own schedule, and control your income.

Responsibilities

• Distribute Living Benefit Life Insurance in your local community
• Work with exclusive, highly qualified direct mail leads provided by the company
• Close deals with ease using the unique selling points of the products offered
• Generate passive income through building a business

Requirements

• No prior experience required, training provided
• Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license
• Clean criminal background
• Basic computer skills
• Located in the US and able to travel to clients' homes

• Willingness to be coached for improvement
• Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills

Pay

• Average advanced commission on one sale: $500
• Total commissions per sale average around $700
• Average part-time agents working 12 to 25 hours per week can earn $50,000 per year
• Average full-time agents working 30 to 40 hours per week (3 to 4 days per week) can earn $100,000-$250,000 per year
• Compensation comes directly from the insurance carriers via direct deposit to your bank account
• Salary is not guaranteed - it will be based on your performance (100% commissions)

Schedule

• Part-time agents work 12 to 25 hours per week
• Full-time agents work 30 to 40 hours per week (3 to 4 days per week)
