Sales Rep - Remote - FT or PT

About the role

Resendez Life Group, LLC is seeking driven and coachable individuals ready to take their career to the next level. You will become your own boss in this expanding market, working 100% remotely with a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time).

Responsibilities

• Distribute Living Benefit Life Insurance in your local community
• Leverage exclusive, highly qualified direct mail leads (optional lead program available)
• Close deals with top-rated carriers offering competitive rates
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• No previous experience required—full training provided
• Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (pre-licensing course assistance available)
• Clean criminal background
• Basic computer skills
• Located in the U.S. and able to travel to clients' homes
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and willingness to be coached
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Compensation

• 100% commission-based (no guaranteed salary)
• Average commission per sale: $700 (advanced commission: $500)
• Earnings potential:
  • Part-time (12–25 hrs/week): $50,000–$75,000/year
  • Full-time (30–40 hrs/week, 3–4 days/week): $100,000–$150,000/year
• Commissions paid directly by insurance carriers via direct deposit
• No income cap—earnings based on performance
• No quotas; ability to build a business and generate passive income

Schedule
