Sales Agent - Remote - FT or PT

About the role

Resendez Life Group, LLC is seeking driven and coachable individuals ready to take their career to the next level. You will become your own boss in this expanding market, working full-time or part-time with a 100% remote schedule. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with 100% commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Distribute Living Benefit Life Insurance in your local community
• Work with exclusive, highly qualified, direct mail leads (optional participation in lead program)
• Maintain strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Analyze client needs and present insurance solutions at competitive rates
• Travel to clients' homes as needed

Requirements

• No previous experience required; full training provided
• Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (pre-licensing course assistance available)
• Clean criminal background
• Basic computer skills
• Located in the U.S.

Compensation

• 100% commission-based; no guaranteed salary
• Average advanced commission per sale: $500
• Average total commissions per sale: $700
• Part-time agents (12–25 hours/week): $50,000–$75,000/year
• Full-time agents (30–40 hours/week, 3–4 days/week): $100,000–$150,000/year
• Commissions paid directly from insurance carriers via direct deposit
• No income cap; earnings based on performance
• No quotas; ability to build a business and generate passive income
