Sales Agent (Remote)

About the Role

More than 80% of Americans own a car and see it as one of their biggest financial commitments, yet managing one still means paperwork, phone holds, and switching between apps that don't talk to each other. Jerry.ai built the first app to manage it all — insurance shopping, refinancing, safety, and repairs. As a Remote Sales Agent, your job is to take customer interest and turn it into a bound policy, matching each customer with the right coverage from one of Jerry's 55+ carrier partners.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto, home, motorcycle, and other specialty insurance policies
• Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing
• Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers
• Effectively problem solve and objection handle to remove barriers from the customer purchasing the policy with Jerry
• Provide attentive, high energy conversation with customers that show we are actively engaged in finding a policy that best fits each individual's needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Passion for helping others

Pay

Hourly wage: $19.00 - 21.00 plus uncapped commissions. Our most successful team members typically earn $100,000+ per year.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling options: choose between a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek.

Location

This role is open to full-time hourly employees who currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
