VIP Lounge Representative - Steady Extra (Paris LV)

Responsibilities

• Process check-in and check-out transactions for VIP’s
• Absorb VIPs with questions about the city and property
• Absorb VIPs with booking dinner, show, etc.
• Assists with guest service recovery
• Maintains an Upbeat and Positive attitude
• Acts as liaison on behalf of the guest to expedite guest requests
• Maintains a professional and courteous attitude towards all guests (internal and external)
• Anticipates guests’ needs and guest expectations

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in a second language would be beneficial
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability
