Essential Functions
- Acquire and develop new players
- Reactivate/develop inactive players
- Build loyalty and strengthen relationships with existing players, new players, and inactive players
- Greet guests on arrival and at departure, thank the guests, and invite them back
- Enroll new players club card members
- Resolve customer complaints and provide a high level of guest service
- Aid in player parties, events, phone calls, etc.
- Track complimentary offerings issued for events/parties and provide a computer list of players invited/attending
- Promote players club cards by explaining club benefits and having cards made for players
- Aid in resolving player comments and/or complaints
- Maintain clear communication with department on status of pending projects
- Assist Promotions Coordinator with duties associated with promotions
- Aid Entertainment Coordinator with concerts and special events
- Develop one-on-one relationships with customers to assure continued loyalty to Grand Falls Casino Resort
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion including but not limited to customer files and habits, company procedures, data or marketing profiles
- Represent the company by maintaining a professional atmosphere when creating customer relationships on and off property
Administrative Tasks
- Track complimentary offerings issued for events/parties and provide a computer list of players invited/attending

Other Duties

Company Standards
- Maintains proper department and company uniform, appearance, and grooming standards
- Attends all company required training
- Ensures proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards are followed
- Complies with all Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission (NRGC) Rules and Regulations and any other local, state, or federal guidelines
- Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license
- Adheres to all safety guidelines
- Mets company attendance requirements
Work Schedule
- May be required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
