VIP Hospitality Suite Attendant - Northwest Stadium

About the role

Love sports, concerts, want to earn extra income, and work exciting high energy events? Join our team as a VIP Suite Attendant and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in premium suites at some of the most exciting events of the year.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to suite holders and their guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and ensure a positive premium hospitality experience.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver items accurately and promptly.
• Monitor suite inventory and replenish food, beverages, supplies, and condiments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned suites before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate with kitchen, catering, concessions, and supervisory staff to fulfill guest requests.
• Monitor alcohol service and comply with all company and responsible beverage service policies.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and post-event cleaning.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the organization positively.

Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds, as required.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license may be required; must be able to handle food and serve and monitor alcohol where required by state law.

Pay

$11.00 to $12.50

Schedule

Work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
